Scan Calendar & Inbox: Click this button to allow the AI to analyze your (mock) calendar and inbox data.
Suggestions: The AI will identify potentially "Low Value" or "Duplicate" meetings and present them as cards.
Actions: For each suggestion, you can:
- Propose to "Skip Meeting".
- "Request Async Summary".
- "Auto-Decline" the meeting.
Feedback: Rate the AI's suggestions using the Thumbs Up/Down icons or dismiss them with the XCircle icon. This (simulated) feedback helps the AI learn.
Input Tasks: Enter a list of your tasks, one per line, into the text area.
Prioritize: Click the "Prioritize Tasks" button. The AI will analyze your tasks and return them in a prioritized order, along with a reason for each priority and a score (1=Highest).
Generate Report: Click this button to get a summary of your (mock) weekly time savings.
Metrics: The report includes:
- Hours Recovered.
- Cost Savings (based on a mock hourly rate).
- Additional Tasks Potential (estimated extra tasks you could complete).
- Recommendations for further optimization.
Navigate to the Task Orchestrator page via the header.
Select Task: Choose a pre-defined task from the dropdown (e.g., "Schedule Interagency Meeting").
Simulate Speech Input: Click the "Speak Task (Simulate)" button. This will cycle through tasks or pick one based on a mock intent map.
View Steps: The steps for the selected task are displayed, showing:
- Provider/Tool and Action.
- Description of the step.
- Cloud Provider ().
- IRAP and Essential 8 compliance badges (hover for details, including IRAP notes).
- Technical Details (hover over icons for more):
- Region ()
- Encryption ()
- DR Strategy ()
- Log Retention Policy ()
- Provider logo (if available).
- Current status (Pending, In Progress, Done).
Execute Steps: Use the "Spin for Next Step" button below the wheel. The wheel will spin and land on a task step. If the step is 'Pending', its status will update to 'In Progress' and then 'Done', simulating execution.
Navigate to the Control Panel page via the header.
Role & Agent Explorer Tab:
- Select a Domain (e.g., HR-500, PROC-500).
- Select a Role within that domain (e.g., CV Reviewer).
- View the list of 12 agents associated with that role: function, tech stack, swim lane, coverage contribution, and key value.
- (Conceptual) "View Manifest" and "View Run Logs" buttons per agent hint at deeper backend integrations.
Coverage Map Tab: Placeholder for visualizing automation coverage across domains and roles. Helps identify where to deploy agents for maximum impact.
Value Tracker Tab (): Provides a mock governance dashboard view:
- Overall IRAP Status (e.g., PROTECTED).
- Average Essential 8 Coverage (e.g., Level 2.7).
- Estimated Monthly Cost Savings.
- High-Risk Tasks Flagged.
- Intended to track value generated, agent uptime, ROI, and allow filtering by department/role/agent.
Pricing Plans Tab: View available subscription tiers (Agent-Level, Role Bundles, Domain License, Custom/Enterprise).
Deployment & Config Tab (): Placeholder for tenant management, org chart uploads for auto-mapping, integration credential management, custom workflow definitions, and real-time agent assignment.
